Thanks for the news. If the rule changed on February 21, I assume that the "Feb 12" is a typo, and it should read "Feb 21" instead?

no, the government have made the decision on 12. feb. I "discovered" this decision yesterday, but tz@elsie.nci.nih.gov was not working yesterday. ok today is already feb 22, so take one more day down:) toomas -- The opossum is a very sophisticated animal. It doesn't even get up until 5 or 6 pm.
