Proposed bill to abolish the Daylight saving time in Ukraine

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine has submitted a bill to abolish the daylight saving time. If approved, new bill will go into effect on March 1, 2013 and Ukraine will use UTC+2 year around.
