I have one doubt about the time zone decree in Brazil. How will Pernambuco handle Fernando do Noronha? The little island was on GMT-2 without DST while it's administrative big brother Pernambuco state was on GMT-3. Since Pernambuco state is now on GMT-3 with DST, it would be logical to presume that Fernando do Noronha would be going on GMT-2 with DST, but time zone decisions are not always logical in that sense. Maybe they will just stay on GMT-2 without DST on Fernando do Noronha. Any information about this would be appreciated.
