This may have already been corrected. Rarotonga stopped using Daylight Savings Time at least 6 years ago, probably 8 years ago. It's tropical, so there's no sense in them using it. Daylight savngs was used to keep them in sync with New Zealand's daylight savings changes. (Rarotonga is the main island of the Cook Islands - a self-governing state in free association with New Zealand) It's also 10 hours behind GMT/UTC, not ahead of it. Regards Alan Brown.
