Not tzdb related per se, but interested parties on this list may like to know that Microsoft has released a hotfix for Windows operating systems to address DST changes in Fiji and Turkey, and to add the new time zone for North Korea. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3093503 These are essentially the same changes as made in tzdb 2015g and 2015f for Pacific/Fiji, Europe/Istanbul, and Asia/Pyongyang.
