Error in the "America/Santiago" timezone for one week of September 2022

Hello, There is an error in the 'America/Santiago' timezone. The week between September 4th, 2022 and September 10th, 2022 should have the offset of -4.0, but it currently shows -3.0. This error occurred due to the 2022 Chilean national plebiscite <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Chilean_national_plebiscite>, which caused the government to postpone the scheduled time change by one week, from September 3rd to September 10th.
