Dr. Hingston has a point. The Vanc rule is not not used after 1986, so it would be clearer to write Rule Vanc 1962 1986 - Oct lastSun 2:00 0 S instead of Rule Vanc 1962 2006 - Oct lastSun 2:00 0 S since from 1987 the Canada rule takes over for Vancouver.
