Why not using the Greenlandic place names in the Europe file?

From the "Theory" file:

Use traditional English spelling, e.g. prefer `Rome' to `Roma', and prefer `Athens' to the true name (which uses Greek letters). The Posix file name restrictions encourage this rule. --ado
