Could you clarify how you're obtaining that version number? We don't know what that's a screenshot *from* which makes it very hard to help. Neither "TIME ZONE DATABASE" nor "Getting latest version" nor "8675a" is in the tzdb code, so I'd guess the problem is in the program you're running, whatever it is.
