proposed changes for Morocco, Mongolia, and Pakistan
I've checked with Paul Eggert and he's still otherwise occupied, so I've prepared the proposed changes that appear below. Summarizing: * africa Morocco observes DST in 2008 * asia Choibalsan is now 8 hours off UCT * asia Pakistan observes DST in 2008 As usual I'll let these percolate over a weekend; I'll try to make tzdata2008c.tar.gz available on 2008-05-27 (a Tuesday rather than usual Monday since Monday is a United States holiday). --ado ------- africa ------- *** /tmp/geta15084 Mon May 19 17:48:13 2008 --- /tmp/getb15084 Mon May 19 17:48:13 2008 *************** *** 1,4 **** ! # @(#)africa 8.10 # <pre> # This data is by no means authoritative; if you think you know better, --- 1,4 ---- ! # @(#)africa 8.11 # <pre> # This data is by no means authoritative; if you think you know better, *************** *** 400,405 **** --- 400,476 ---- # Morocco # See the `europe' file for Spanish Morocco (Africa/Ceuta). + + # From Alex Krivenyshev (2008-05-09): + # Here is an article that Morocco plan to introduce Daylight Saving Time between + # 1 June, 2008 and 27 September, 2008. + # + # "...
