Russia may drop two time zones by end of March

According to the following article in RIA Novosti newswire, the Samara Region and the Republic of Udmurtia regions may be moved into the Moscow time zone and the Chukotka and Kamchatka regions may be moved into the Magadan time zone (Moscow+8) when DST starts on March 28. http://en.rian.ru/russia/20100317/158225148.html Best regards, Steffen Thorsen - timeanddate.com
