Paul Eggert's changes have been incorporated into tzdata95d.tar.gz, available by anonymous ftp from elsie.nci.nih.gov (165.112.73.1) in the ~ftp/pub directory. I should obviously avoid doing time zone work on a holiday weekend :-) --ado
