Solaris patched to avoid "ROC" time zone name for political reasons

On Tuesday, Sun released patch 111099-01 for Solaris 8 (x86) entitled "ROC timezone should be avoided for political reasons". This patch creates the zone Asia/Taipei (which is normally not installed in Solaris) and then creates ROC as a link. The patch does not include the source code (in this case, the 'asia' file) so unfortunately I can't report Sun's comments (if any) about the situation. (If Sun were selling to North Korea, I guess "ROK" would be next to go. :-)
