Hi there, you may already be aware of this but today's BBC Radio 4 programme "You and Yours" contained a feature about Rebecca Harris MP's Private Members Bill in the UK Parliament. The Bill is entitled "Daylight Saving Bill 2010-11" and proposes "The Bill would require the Government to conduct a cross-departmental analysis of the potential costs and benefits of advancing time by one hour for all, or part of, the year.". The Bill is due for it's second reading in the House of Commons on 3rd December 2010.
