Dear Mr. Arthur: I do not know if this bug is associated with tzdata data files but I think yes. I am an user of Google Calendar / Ubuntu 8.04. When I fixed the time zone to America/ La_Paz everything works perfectly, but when I fixed it to America/ Caracas, Google Calendar shows the wrong date (one date ahead). The rest of the functions associated with the date on my computers work perfectly. Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for my ban English.

It seems that this is a Javascript problem in all Mozilla-based products, and it's not related to tzdata.
