   Joda time uses their own time zone data. I do not    think you can ask for the version (but I have not looked    into Joda time in ages). You can, however, list the data    that Joda time keeps for a time zone by repeatedly calling    the method  DateTimeZone.nextTransition(instant).    HTH    Michael Deckers.
