I am from Argentina and here nobody knows what whill happen in 48 hours with the time.

Today the newspapers began writing that 'maybe there wont be any hour change' [0], but still no official word from goverment.

Some Governors stated that in order "to change the time you need an instrument signed by the president of the Nation, from which we (Governors) should act accompanying or rejecting. But that tool does not exist ..." Finally, argentine goverment confirmed the time won't be changed. Minister De Vido told today that time won't be changed this year because the energy reserves are guaranteed. Yes... as usual, this is the last working day before the supposed date for changing and we still have no decree...

Today's national papers state that the President has already decided NOT to apply DST this year... obviously, more for political reasons than other.
