Some thoughts on the Chatham Islands time of time change. The legal standard time of the Chathams is GMT+12:45, and they observed DST on the same dates as New Zealand, which they are legally tied to. When NZ was making its time changes at 2:00 NZ time, the Chathams changed at 2:45 Chatham time, which was the same time (14:00 GMT of the previous day in both places). Since NZ just changed at 1:00, I would presume the change in the Chathams was at 1:45. Chris Carrier
