There has been a change in local time in Uruguay. The decree (dated 10 March 2005) can be found here. http://www.presidencia.gub.uy/_Web/decretos/2005/03/cm%205.PDF Basically it says that the summer time this year is extended until 27/3/2005, at 2:00. We changed our local zones (on a FreeBSD box) for the file southamerica in the following way: 1060c1060 < Rule Uruguay 2005 only - Mar Sun>=8 0:00 0 - ---
