I’ve question regarding Mongolian timezone.

We have some misunderstanding regarding Mongolian timezone, specially for Hovd region.

As we checked from internet, it says there is 2 timezone in Mongolia now. Hovd+7 and Ulaanbaatar +8.

Behind of Hovd region, there is 3 provinces which is Hovd, Bayan-Ulgii & Uvs.
