Thanks. The recent Fiji change is reflected in tzdb 2020c, released today. As you probably know, the change will take some time to propagate via telco and vendor support down to people's cell phones and computers, and most likely many devices won't be updated before November 8 when non-updated devices will start to be off by an hour.
