Ukraine plans to keep DST in 2012 and to abolish in 2013

There's still a long way to go until 2013, however there are news from Ukraine, that The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposes the parliament (Verkhovna Rada) to abolish Daylight Saving Time in 2013.
