Hello, I just downloaded tzdata and tzcode to update some Linux servers. Thank you for maintaining all this info and code. Just out of curiosity, why does NIH maintain this information instead of NIST? Is it just because someone who happened to be at NIH had the initiative to do it when no one else did?
