Out of genuine interest, not trolling. Are those scripts scheduled on UTC? Or do you schedule them to run at fixed "time since departure" or some such?
The TZ server saves the TZ file every 15 minutes. Unattended Windows hosts (servers and unattended PCs) read TZ info every 15 minutes. Windows 10 clients read TX info at user logon -- Ciao, luigi / +--[Luigi Rosa]-- \
