Hi Folks,

 

I have received confirmation from the Department of Municipal Affairs, who are responsible for the legislation modifying the daylight savings time changeover from 12:01AM to 2:00AM, that this legislation will be proclaimed to take effect for the November 6, 2011, changeover from daylight savings time to standard time as per Bill 106 which can be found at http://www.assembly.nl.ca/business/bills/Bill1106.htm.

 

We are requesting that the TZ database be updated to ensure that it is in compliance with our legislation.   We request that these updated configurations are made available in a timely manner to implement the update.
