It's the first I recall seeing them here. An astonishingly high-quality version of that 1918 poster is available here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Victory-Cigar-Congress-Passes-DST.pn... It's 2365✕4200 pixels and is better than what the Library of Congress publishes. And all for a poster containing false propaganda! Although farmers opposed daylight saving time, city-dwellers were told via posters like this that farmers liked DST, and the resulting confusion persists to this day.
