I put in comment the SDATA line setting as follow
#SDATA=3D  solar87 solar88 solar89
the produce the zic binary and finally use it to generate the zoneinfo files
and it works. I never got the message "solar87", line 385: too many local t=
ime
types (rule from "solar87", line 33).

But I succeed to use the solarXX files whithout disabling the SDATA setting=
; I
just put in comment
the lines of solar87 solar88 solar89.
What's the best solution ?

Anyway, what's feature the solarYY files presents sun daylight saving ?
and when we put in comment SDATA, what's services may be missing ?
