I had a site visitor from France state that he had called the Tunisian Embassy and they claimed that Tunis time is the same as France during the Summer.
 
I recall that there was some discussion on this list about whether Tunis would observe DST in 2005. Did this ever get resolved? Is an update needed to the rules for Tunisia?
