I am looking for a time zone database to use in C-Programming.
The database descriptions are followed:
-Text File easy for processing with C
-Contain Map Element, instead of Zone-By-Name
 -Example: have vector lines that represent timezone boundary with the vector vertices in longitude and latitude coordinate.
 
I notice the Olson Database doesn't contain such boundary line element.
And I am wondering where I might be able to obtain such database.
 
I would really appriciate if you can provide me with some information.
