There was a new law that was passed this year in Canada that Manitoba will not observe DST change, instead remaining in Central Standard Time. Reference link : https://web2.gov.mb.ca/bills/41-4/b205e.php Our customer is requesting the fix before the March 8th when DST begins. The bug has been reported today.
