Thanks, but I've been at that page before, and I can only get v1.3.25 from it, which does not include the update I'm looking for.
It reads:
"TZUT v1.3.28 now available containing the Olson 2010e update. Please contact your local SunServices Office to obtain this version. For questions, please contact Sun Support."

I already did this, with no response.

I also sent an email to Seán Coffey (who's both in this mailing list and apparently at Sun, but he's out of office).
