That is correct we are changing to utc -4 on April second

 

But I don’t see that here. I see the change for 2023 September. Unless Im misinterpreting the tzdata2022g

Is America/Santiago not the right time zone for you? That has a currently-scheduled change to UTC-4 on April 2nd, according to the latest published version of the database (2022g).

 

Please could you give more information if that's not correct?
