Victor,

Our current predictions, since version 2019c released in September 2019, already have Norfolk Island observing DST annually from the first Sunday in October through the first Sunday in April, beginning in October 2019.

Are these dates still correct for the current season which just began?

If you are not seeing Norfolk Island observing DST on any of your systems, you'll want to update to the latest version of tzdata (currently 2020b, although we'll have another release soon since the current version is wrong for Fiji starting in a few weeks' time).

Hi there!

I would like to please request for a timezone change on our island please?

If you need a reference for this change, please see below link for the legal formal application of DST in Norfolk Island

Each year, from the first Sunday in October, clocks on Norfolk Island will need to be moved forward one hour and then back one hour on the first Sunday in April. In 2019, DST will begin at 2am on Sunday 6 October and end at 2am on Sunday 5 April 2020…..

Thank you very much! Your effort on making this happen is very much appreciated.  If you need any more information regarding the matter above, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Have a good day!
