Thanks for letting us know.  We have already made the necessary change to our development repository:

We will need a new release before this change affects timestamps in about two weeks (from 13 November 02:00 +12, when we had previously predicted DST would start in Fiji).  We are also working on gathering details on possibly urgent changes for Mexico at the moment, so it may be a little while.
