Thanks. But Kuwait is normally UTC+3, so UTC+2 would be the wrong direction for DST. It should be UTC+4.
Or are you saying they would advance two hours to UTC+5?

It seems that it did pass in the Parliament, but waiting approval from prince Sabbah.
