Hi all,<br><br>First, let me thank to all of you for your excellent work maintaining the time zone database.<br>I&#39;m user of several programs using your database as source and I want to add a new time zone for San Luis, Argentina because currently we are using a different time zone that all the rest of the country.<br>
This is the link for the local law (spanish) that define the new time zone: <a href="http://ministerios.sanluis.gov.ar/res/media/pdf/18459.doc">http://ministerios.sanluis.gov.ar/res/media/pdf/18459.doc</a><br>Basically the law says:<br>
1) We will use the time zone GMT-3 from the 0 hour from the second Sunday of October to the 24 hours of the secong Saturday of April.<br>2) We will use the time zone GMT-4 from the 0 hour from the second Sunday
