First of all, I would like to apologize to bother you. However, I would like to suggest something.
Instead of using Etc/UTC as a Time Zone, I think that to use EARTH/UTC is a more elegant expression.
I think there are people who don't have a nacionality but they want to belong to a group.
This suggestion is because to say Etc is vulgar and EARTH is more appropriate for them.
