So today I tried to find official news about the decree, but I cannot find it in
MMSP.gov.ma or
SSG.gov.ma (official for decree). The changes have been decided yesterday, but probably some day to publish officially.
From my Google searches on news coverage of the topic, it seems incredibly recent — within the last few hours — and since many governments batch their publication/gazetting of decrees, it is not entirely unexpected that it's not on an official site quite yet. One nice detail which can bolster our confidence is that many of these news reports give the decree number, 2.26.530, which will be straightforward to verify.
