Please note that the Prime Minister (Najib Mikati) of Lebanon/Beirut has reverted back his previous decision (of delaying the DST change until April 2023) and decided yesterday to apply the summer DST time as of Wednesday March 29th at midnight. (which equals to the night of March 29-30)
