d) The Microsoft timezone [(GMT -4:00) Manaus - Central Brazilian Standard Time] does not correspond to the Olson's America/Manaus timezone
On Windows systems you can select timezone for Manaus and uncheck "Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time"
