The Minister of Interior, Ayelet Shaked, is proposing to change the Time Law so that DST will start in Israel at 2 a.m. on the Friday before the second Sunday of March.

DST starts, according to the current law, at 2 a.m. on the Friday before the last Sunday in March.

The proposed change has yet to be brought before the Knesset.  I will endeavour to update the list if the proposed change receives Knesset approval.
