As far as I know and ON (Observatório Nacional <http://www.on.br> - Brazilian Official Timekeeper) states (see: Brazilian Official Time Map out side of DST period <http://pcdsh01.on.br/Fusbr.htm> and Brazillian Official Time Map during DST period <http://pcdsh01.on.br/FusoBR_HVCorrente.htm>) Olson data is correct and there is no DST in Manaus since 1994.
