If it is 10:00 am Los Angeles time Wednesday Dec 17th, 2008, it is 11:30 p.m. in Mahe/Mumbai/India.  But when I'm using the TZ in my perl program I get 10:00 p.m. 

Could you check that out for me? I've had to update my perl script to add 1 hour & 30 min.
