Currently I see these rules:

I was just informed from the Casablanca Bourse that the exchange will return to standard time on July 7th and that Ramadan will start on July 9th or 10th.

Are the current rules incorrectly assuming that return to standard time coincides with the start of Ramadan? Can anyone from Morocco confirm?
