• First posts from new members will be held for review. Once approved, the moderation flag will be removed.
• All posts from non-members will continue to be held for moderation.

A few existing members currently have moderation enabled. You may experience brief delays while these changes take effect—thank you for your patience. If you believe your messages are being held in error, please contact the list owners at tz-owner@iana.org.
