I downloaded tzdata2009j and it does not seem to have the DST end for Bangladesh. I saw couple of threads related to this saying that the end time was still not announced by the Bangladesh government. Is that still the case? Because I can see that timeanddate.com already shows that DST ends on 25^th Sep at 12:00am. If this information is correct, when can we expect to see a new version of the database?
