Hi,
We are facing some problems regarding date/time issues in Java Applications.

We found out Time zone info data for JRE is not up to date regarding 2007 brazilian DST schedule.
As of 2007 brazilian DST schedule goes from 2007-10-14 to 2008-02-17.
We had to update our file using the following rules:
Rule Brazil 2007 only - Oct 14 0:00 1:00 D
Rule Brazil 2008 only - Feb 17 0:00 0 -

Is it possible to update Time zone info source files?
