I just want to say that Cuba ("America/Havana" time zone) is EST (Eastern
Standard Time -0500) and not CST (Central Standard Time -0600) during the
Standard Time. In DST Cuba is EDT (Eastern Daylight Time -0400) and not CDT
(Central Daylight Time -0500)
