I have some inconsistencies in the database regarding some time changes in Argentina.
I would like to know what is the possibility of corroborating and making these changes.

To give just one example, 03-06-1993 Buenos Aires, Argentina would still be GMT -2 (due to the time change from -3 to -2 that took place on 10-18-1992) and the return to -2 occurred just the next day (03-07-1993).
