I understand correctly that you changed the time zone based on the news in 2014?

Did any person from your organization come to the Crimea and record the change of time in person? Can you let me know your approximate arrival time if this happens? Where can I find similar information?

I didn't say that it was. We already had Zone entries for Crimea due to
timekeeping changes that occurred long ago; we did not create these entries due
to recent events.
